THIEVES

Thou shalt not steal.

Exodus 21:15

Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves; every one loveth bribes, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.

Isaiah 1:23

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal:  but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth consume, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:  for where thy treasure is, there will thy heart be also.

Matthew 6:19-21

Men do not despise a thief, if he steal To satisfy himself when he is hungry:  But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; He shall give all the substance of his house.

Proverbs 6:30-31

Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith Jehovah, that steal my words every one from his neighbor.  Behold, I am against the prophets, saith Jehovah, that use their tongues, and say, He saith.

 Jeramiah 23:30 31

Jesus therefore said unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.  All that came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.  I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture.  The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may have [it] abundantly.  I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd layeth down his life for the sheep.  He that is a hireling, and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, beholdeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth, and the wolf snatcheth them, and scattereth [them]:  [he fleeth] because he is a hireling, and careth not for the sheep.  I am the good shepherd; and I know mine own, and mine own know me,  even as the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.

John 10:7-15

Wherefore thou art without excuse, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judges another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest dost practise the same things.  And we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against them that practise such things.  And reckonest thou this, O man, who judgest them that practise such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God? ;  ... thou therefore that teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?

Romans 2:1-3, 21

Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have whereof to give to him that hath need.

Ephesians 4:28

Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,  For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;  According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.

1 Timothy 1:9-11 (menstealers: of one who unjustly reduces free men to slavery.)
