Concerning Godlessness (unrighteousness):
America has become a nation of Godlessness,
united in a 'moment' of silent prayer so as not to upset (offend) the unrighteous.

"In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." Proverb. 3: 6

Godlessness is an amazing thing. Whether a person does not believe in God, i.e., in the Father, and his son Jesus Christ, or, believing in God, leaves Him out of their conversation (communication) with others, the perception and the outcome is the same—Godlessness. When you are silent in the midst of unrighteousness, setting aside the truth, i.e., suspending it (as on a cross) so as not to offend the unrighteous, i.e., in order to be approved by them, you have made unrighteousness the "norm," affirming your and their desire for the approval of men rather than the approval of God.

"For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels." Luke 9:26

Godlessness is the only outcome you can have from a consensus meeting—where the affirmation of unrighteousness, i.e., man's desire for the carnal pleasures of the 'moment' which the world stimulates and his dissatisfaction, resentment, or hatred toward restraint requires the negation of the negative, i.e., no longer bringing up God's judgment upon man for his sins, and the affirmation of the positive, i.e., unrighteousness, i.e., "human nature" so the unrighteous can "feel good" about themselves (with your approval, i.e., affirmation), allowing them to do wrong, disobey, sin with impunity. It is what the consensus meeting is all about. And you thought it was about solving a crisis, like a flood, education, streets, etc.,. Silly you. The only crisis it is out to solve (remove) is man's fear of judgment and his need for a savior, allowing man to do wrong, disobey, sin without having a guilty conscience, allowing him to die in his sins without having a sense of where he is spending eternity.

"The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes. For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful. The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he hath left off to be wise, and to do good. He deviseth mischief upon his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good; he abhorreth not evil." Psalms 36:1-4

Open minds are like doors without locks, they allow evil things to enter in and have their way.
