"Self Interest" is Covetousness.

by
Dean Gotcher

"Building relation upon covetousness," i.e., "building relationship upon self interest," i.e., the dialectic process is what the "new" world order (globalism aka common-ism aka Marxism) is all about. "Self interest," i.e., covetousness, i.e., dialoguing with your "self" your desire for the carnal pleasures of the 'moment' which the world stimulates and your dissatisfaction, resentment, hatred toward those who prevent, i.e., inhibit or block you from having them is the initiator and sustainer of 'change,' making everyone subject, as "human resource," to those who facilitate 'change'—to be used and discarded as "natural resource" according to their desires, i.e., their "self interests" of the 'moment.' It is what the consensus process is all about.

"And through covetousness [your "self interests"] shall they with feigned words [plastic words, Gr., i.e., doublespeak, i.e., saying one thing while meaning another, i.e., giving you what you want to hear in order to gain their trust thereby being able to move you down their pathway] make merchandise of you [turn you into "human resource" to be used for their own pleasure and gain—turning the children against their parent's authority, the citizens, including the "church," against Godly restraint so they can be bought and sold in the market place of man's carnal desires]." 2 Peter 2:3

By seducing you with what you "want," i.e., your "self interest," i.e., what you covet, deceiving you into believing they have your "best interest" in mind (when it is really their interest they have in mind), you, setting aside Godly restraint, sell your soul to them so they can buy and sell you as natural resource for their own pleasure and gain, casting you aside as garbage when they lose interest in you or you no longer serve their 'purpose,' i.e., pleasure, leaving you to die in your sins. By encouraging you to, i.e., by creating a 'safe' zone, i.e., a 'safe' space where you can dialogue your opinion (your "self interests," i.e., what you covet) with others to a consensus, affirming your and their natural desire to "lust" after the carnal pleasures of the 'moment' which the world stimulates the facilitator of 'change,' i.e., the "group psychotherapist," i.e., the Transformational Marxist is able to gain control over you in order to use you for his own "self interest," with your affirmation.

Carl Rogers, who made a practice of seducing, deceiving, and manipulating men, women, children (because of his ability to gain access to their "self interests," i.e., their covetousness and use it for his own "self interest") in his praxis of "group psychotherapy" wrote: "We know how to change the opinions of an individual in a selected direction, without his ever becoming aware of the stimuli which changed his opinion." "We know how to influence the ... behavior of individuals by setting up conditions which provide satisfaction for needs of which they are unconscious, but which we have been able to determine." "If we have the power or authority to establish the necessary conditions, the predicted behaviors [our potential ability to influence or control the behavior of groups] will follow." "We can choose to use our growing knowledge to enslave people in ways never dreamed of before, depersonalizing them, controlling them by means so carefully selected that they will perhaps never be aware of their loss of personhood." "'Now that we know how positive reinforcement works [dialoguing opinions to a consensus, i.e., dialoguing our feelings (our "self interests," i.e., our carnal desires of the 'moment,' i.e., what we covet—it is not covetousness if you can walk away from it) to a feeling of oneness ('discovering' through dialogue the common carnal desires that we can all agree on, thereby affirming ourselves, and working together, as one, in fulfilling them, we establish our carnal desires of the 'moment,' i.e., our "self" over and therefore against the father's/Father's authority, i.e., the father's/Father's restraints, i.e., the father's/Father's commands, rules, facts, and truth)], and why negative doesn't' [the father's/Father's authority to 1) give us commands, rules, facts, and truth which go counter to and therefore restrain our carnal desires of the 'moment,' 2) reward us or bless us when we do what is right and obey, 3) chasten us when we do wrong and disobey, that we might learn to do right and not wrong and obey and not disobey, 4) discuss with us any questions we might have (at his discretion), and 5) cast out those who disrespect i.e. who question and/or challenge his/His authority, i.e., who reject his/His restraints]... 'we can be more deliberate and hence more successful in our cultural design. We can achieve a sort of control under which the controlled [the manipulated] though they are following a code much more scrupulously [more government regulations and oversight (sight based management)] than was ever the case under the old system, nevertheless feel free. They are doing what they want to do, not what they are forced to do. That's the source of the tremendous power of positive reinforcement—there's no restrain and no revolt. By a careful design, we control not the final behavior, but the inclination to behavior—the motives, the desires, the wishes. The curious thing is that in that case the question of freedom never arises." (Carl Rogers, on becoming a person: A Therapist View of Psychotherapy) Emphasis (bold underlined) in original. God has warned us of such praxis. Psychology is based upon, i.e., 'justifies' the deceitfulness and wickedness of man's heart—why man so readily identifies with it and embraces it, being full of it, i.e., full of "self"—loving the pleasures of the 'moment,' hating restraint (and the restrainer) when it (he/He) gets in the way.

"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me." Hebrews 13:5, 6

"And having food and raiment let us be therewith content." 1 Timothy 6:8

"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved." 2 Thessalonians 2:3-10
