Mr. Phil Worts has done extensive research on Marxism, socialism, and philosophy.  When the government implemented COPS (Community Oriented Policing) in his community, his research expanded to include this program.  His  article "Communist-Oriented Policing" is the result of that research.  As a career police officer, his first-hand information and facts leave no doubt to the reader as to what this program is doing to our nation's infrastructure.  His presentation includes his research on COPS (see www.crossroad.to/articles2/Community-Policing.htm) as well as topics such as philosophy, Marxism, and property rights.
