Steve Rea is a farmer and also "manufactures new parts for obsolete plows" (ploworx@att.net). 
He won a state Supreme Court decision giving him the right to see the Ohio Proficiency Test and how it was graded. His research and presentation is based upon this court case. He explains the assessment testing that is going on in the schools today and also the data collection.
